有些土壤即使帶有病原,病害仍不容易大規模發生。這種抑病能力可能來自微生物群落的競爭、拮抗、誘導抗性,或長期栽培管理累積出的土壤韌性。 Some soils do not develop severe disease even when pathogens are present. This disease-suppressive capacity may arise from microbial competition, antagonism, induced resistance, or soil resilience built through long-term management.

土壤傳播病害常常不只是一個病原的問題,我們從病原鑑定開始,延伸到田間發生生態與整合防治。 Soilborne disease is rarely a matter of a single pathogen alone. It emerges where pathogen populations, soil environment, cropping systems, and plant physiology meet. Onion Fusarium wilt provides an important window from pathogen identification to field ecology and integrated management.

三、毛豆連作障礙:紅冠腐病與線蟲 3. Soybean/Edamame Continuous Cropping Obstacles: Red Crown Rot and Nematodes

毛豆是台灣重要的外銷作物,然而長期連作讓產量逐漸下降,甚至爆發嚴重的病害問題。我們關注紅冠腐病、線蟲與其他病因在連作障礙中的角色,並發展適合田間操作的綜合管理策略。 Soybean and edamame are important export crops in Taiwan, but long-term continuous cropping can reduce yield and intensify disease problems. We focus on red crown rot, nematodes, and other causal factors in continuous cropping obstacles, and develop integrated management strategies suitable for field practice.
