我們關心土壤、微生物、病原與植物之間細緻而長久的關係。
我們研究的問題來自田間，回到實驗室追問病因，尋求穩定、友善的解決方法，再回到土地，回饋農民。
We study the long and delicate relationships among soil, microbes, pathogens, and plants. Our work begins with field problems, returns to the laboratory to understand disease causes, and moves back to the land in search of steadier and more sustainable management strategies.
病因與整合管理暨線蟲學研究室以植物病害診斷、土壤傳播病害、線蟲與土壤微生物生態為核心，理解病害如何形成、如何在土壤中延續，又如何透過微生物、生態與管理策略被改變，進而保障作物生產及健康。 Our core work centers on plant disease diagnosis, soil-borne pathogens, nematodes, and soil microbial ecology. We strive to understand how diseases emerge and linger in the soil, and how microbial, ecological, and management interventions can change their course—thereby ensuring crop health and sustainable production.
